GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If you cancel up to 31 days before your arrival, you must pay 30% of the total amount. If you cancel within 31 days before your arrival, you must pay 100%.
We cannot be held responsible for late arrival, no-show or early departure and you will be charged 100% of the cost of your stay.
We expressly point out that in the case of online bookings or accommodation contracts concluded by means of distance selling, there is no right of withdrawal within 14 days of conclusion of the contract and that our above-mentioned cancellation conditions are expressly agreed.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
